Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Phase 1 — Castle Siege with the Crafted Bow
The encounter opens with a siege of the wizard's castle. You must craft a bow from materials available in the castle grounds, then use it to eliminate guards or targets protecting the castle entrance. Aim carefully — the bow is a crafted item with limited ammunition until you find more materials.
Phase 2 — The Ten-Book Sorting Puzzle
Inside the castle library, you must collect ten scattered books and sort them across four bookshelves by genre. The genres are:
- Poetry
- Historical
- Sci-Fi
- Fantasy
Each book's genre is indicated by its cover or title. Place each book on the correct shelf. The puzzle resets if books are placed incorrectly, so read each cover before placing it.
Phase 3 — The Hidden Magic Word Puzzle
After the library, the castle hides a magic word in a clue somewhere in the environment. Search the room carefully — the word is embedded in text or a visual that requires interpretation, not just a sign pointing to the answer. Use the word at the indicated prompt to proceed.
Phase 4 — The Boss Fight
The final phase is a direct confrontation with the wizard. Use whatever tools and abilities you have from the previous phases. The boss has specific attack patterns — observe them before committing to a strategy. Defeating the wizard breaks the curse and restores the sun, completing the game.
Tips
- Craft the bow before approaching the castle gates — you will need it immediately in Phase 1.
- Read every book cover in the library before placing any of them. A misplaced book causes a full reset of the sorting puzzle.
